I am really not surprised by that, I don't mind Starbucks that much - it is all the Pret a Mangers and Caffe Neros that annoy me. Too many packet sandwiches and not enough made to order stuff. Yuck

Hold on a sec, Pret sandwiches are fresh. Although Caffe Nero's are in plastic, the coffee is pretty good.
