Cometh the deli - the 2nd Avenue Deli
A great article on the history and rebirth of the 2nd Avenue Deli. I no longer need an excuse to go to NY.

Oh excellent! Now I have a reason to return to NYC. The fact that the 2nd Ave deli had closed was one of the biggest disappointments of my trip last year.

I share your pain. I still regret my decision when standing outside 2nd Ave that I was too full for a sandwich. Taught me never to look a gift horse in the mouth.
